We understand that some parishioners may have difficulty hearing while in church and are looking into assistive device technology at the church to help address this.

If you have difficulty with this, we’d appreciate your input:

1. What difficulty are you experiencing?
A. Is it loud enough (volume)?
B. If loud enough, is it still difficult to understand?

2. Do you wear a hearing aid or have a cochlear implant? (yes or no). If yes:
A. Is it equipped with a T-Coil (Telecoil)?
B. Is it equipped with Blue-tooth?
C. Is it equipped with both T-Coil and Blue-tooth?

3. Would you be open to wearing an additional device while in the church (perhaps a neck loop with a small receiver) around your neck to hear better?

We are collecting information via Flocknote and/or a phone call to the parish office to better understand the issue and assess possible solutions.
