Saint Francis (1182-1226) was a gentle saint who cared for all of God’s creatures. In honor of the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi (October 4 th ), animal lovers in many places around the
world take their pets to be blessed. We invite you to bring
your pet for a blessing here at St. Mary-Stony Hill Church on
Sunday, October 3 rd between 12:15 – 1:00 pm.

Msgr. Benwell will bless pets and their owners at the St. Francis statue - on the parish lawn (on your right as you get to the top of the driveway).
All pets must be leashed or in a carrier.
