On Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, we began our Fall Parish Monthly Gatherings with “Sharing Christ”,
the final chapter of the 3-part, Christlife faith formation series with session 1, “Called to Share Christ.”
Having discovered how Jesus is present in our lives and the practical ways we can follow him
daily, we now begin to learn the process of sharing our “Good News” with others.
The church is the instrument through which the Lord’s mission of salvation continues. And “We” are
the church.
Please, Lord, help us " proclaim the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15. Amen.
The Annual Diocesan Priest Convocation is being held from Tuesday, October 15th through Thursday, October 17th. Msgr. Benwell will be leaving after the Tuesday morning daily Mass to attend the Convocation with his brother priests. Find out more....
We will be collecting clean, gently used, and new coats, along with hats, gloves, scarves, and blankets for all ages, again this year, to benefit Franciscan Charities/St. Anne’s Soup Kitchen.
At Thanksgiving time each year, we collect new clothing for the men at the Ozanam Men’s shelter in New Brunswick. Ozanam is a temporary homeless shelter run by Catholic Charities. This year we are looking for a new volunteer to take over this ministry.
